The President of the Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN), Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor has said that the main reason why Nigeria is still facing the insurgency situation in  Nigeria is because Nigerians are pretenders and they run away from the truth, they covers the truth.

He stated this while speaking at the Northern State Christian Elders Forum (NOSCEF) Traditional Ruler Conference in Abuja, saying the greatest war Nigeria is fighting presently, is the war against truth.

Pastor Oritsejafor said, “Nigeria is fighting against truth. We hate truth, we hide truth and we fear truth. It is so unfortunate. In John 8:32, Jesus said you shall know the truth and the truth will make you free. Nigeria is not free because we are running away from truth. Truth can be bitter, but when you swallow it, when it gets inside, it could become sweet.

Oritsejafor drags Fashola, others to court over plans to demolish his Lagos church Building

The president, Christian Association of Nigeria, (CAN)Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor has filed a suit against Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, over alleged plans by the government to demolition his church located in Victoria Island.

It was alleged that the state government has the intention of demolishing Word of Life Bible Church, situated in Plot 21E, Abdulrahman Okene Close, off Ligali Ayorinde Street Victoria Island Annex.

Joined as co-defendants in the suit ‎are the state’s Attorney General, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Lagos state Building Control Agency, Lagos State Physical Planning permit Authority and Lagos State Task force on Environmental Sanitation.

TB Joshua Claims He Was The Target Of The Collapsed Church Building

The Head of The Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T B Joshua, yesterday claim that the collapse of a section of the church complex, which occurred Friday afternoon was beyond the allegation of structural defects. he said he may indeed have been the target of those behind the dastardly attack on the church.

Nigerian preacher, Helen Ukpabio, has sued two UK human rights groups – The British Humanist Association (BHA) and Witchcraft and Human Rights Information Network (WHRIN) for £500 million (N130 billion) due to their criticism of her teachings.
