Mel B Does 600 Sit-Ups A Day For These Abs, Still Want Them?

The former Spice GIrls singer's diet and fitness plan is clearly paying off, but doing 200 sit-ups three times a day is WAY overboard Alright, she looks amazing, we're not going to deny that. But we're not entirely sure we could handle the 600 sit-ups and hour-and-a-half of cardio that Mel Bdoes every day to keep her abs this ripped.The former Spice Girls singer showed off her killer abs on Instagram last night, sharing a bikini picture fit for even the most hardcore #Fitspo accounts.

Posing in a spangled black bikini with a [clean] drink in her hand, Mel added the caption: "Who’s ready to have some FUN?! What are you looking forward to this week?"

We've only just got over the first ab-tastic snap Mel shared two weeks ago at a pool party, which featured her looking super toned in a white bikini.But while we're all for putting down the Dairy Milk for a day or two, we're not sure we could handle Mel's INSANE workout regime.


She recently admitted: "I do half an hour of cardio and 200 sit-ups three times a day. I've always been obsessed with doing abs. I change positions every 10 reps."


MOTHER OF GOD. That's 600 sit-ups and an hour-and-a-half on the ruddy treadmill. SOD THAT.

Mel is rumoured to stick by a diet delivery service, which sends her fresh fish and protein-heavy meals every day - as well as countless greens, obvs.
She also lifts heavy weights and works with kettlebells to keep her muscles as strong and toned as possible.

And while she's strict for six days of the week, she does enjoy a cheat day (which sounds more like a cheat meal), admitting: "I splurge on whatever I'm cravin- either an In-and-Out cheeseburger or a traditional English Sunday roast."

Mel was also the face of weight loss programme, Jenny Craig, which she followed to lose her baby weight in 2012 in 20 weeks.
