Inec Release Anmbra State Elections Resultes, APGA Candidates WIillie Obiano Maintains Lead

The final result of the Anambra State Governorship election showed Willy Obiano of the APGA maintaining the lead with 180, 178 votes, Tony Nwoye of PDP came second with 97, 700 and Chris Ngige of the APC third position with 95, 963. Labour Party came distant fourth with 37, 495.
After the supplementary election in Ayamelum council area, APGA polled 383, APC 5 and PDP 97.
In Anambra East, APGA polled 187, APC 5 and PDP 4; whereas in Anambra West APGA got 256, APC 49 and PDP 85. For Anaocha, APGA got 56, APC 0 and PDP 3 and in Awka North, APGA polled 107, APC 4 and PDP 96. In Awka South, APGA polled 66, APC 11 and PDP 3, whereas in Ekwusigo APGA got 132,
APC 3 and PDP 110. The greatest shocker came for the APC in Idemili North as APGA still came first with 3348 votes, APC 3343, PDP 2076. Idemili is considered as APC candidate’s stronghold.
The APC came top in Idemili South with 16 votes, APGA 11 and PDP 1, while in Ihiala APGA got 207, APC 18 and PDP 3. For Nnewi South, APGA polled 56, APC 3 and PDP 11, whereas in Onitsha-North, APGA got 37, APC 8 and PDP 4.
In Onitsha-South, APGA got 431, APC 184, and PDP 193; Orumba North, APGA 144, APC 1 and PDP 40; in Oyi local government APGA polled 6, APC 2 and PDP 1.
