Muslim Ummah: Northern Emirs: Declare Jihad On Boko Haram Now!

Boko Haram Scourge would have been history had the Muslim Umma followed the divinely ordained injunctions which is declaring a holy war JIHAD on these perverted insurgents! The worse culprits are the Northern Emirs busily flying the flag of DANFODIO but hardly following his dictates! 
How the Sultan, a retired General in the army including the many others Zuru, Etsu Nupe, Lere et al failed to map out a military strategy to curtail this scourge rather than resort to ridiculous bickering of Amnesty is mystifyingly shocking! Its better late than never so the Northern people ought to present a blue print to curtail
